അന്യബാങ്കുകളുടെ എ ടി എം വഴി പണം പിന്‍വലിക്കുന്നതിന്‌ ഇന്ന് മുതല്‍ സര്‍വീസ്‌ ചാര്‍ജ്‌ ഇല്ല. ഏത് ബാങ്കിന്‍റെ ഡെബിറ്റ് കാര്‍ഡായാലും ഇന്ത്യയിലുള്ള ഏത് എ‌ടി‌എമ്മില്‍ നിന്നും ഉപഭോക്താക്കള്‍ക്ക് ഇനി മുതല്‍ സൌജന്യമായി പണം പിന്‍വലിക്കാം. റിസര്‍വ് ബാങ്ക് ഓഫ് ഇന്ത്യയുടെ നിര്‍ദേശപ്രകാരമാണ് നടപടി. എന്നാല്‍, രാജ്യത്തിനു പുറത്തുള്ള ബാങ്കുകള്‍ക്ക്‌ ഈ ഉത്തരവ്‌ ബാധകമല്ല.
